How We Work

You can submit your inquiry through our online form or reach us by email, phone, or WhatsApp. Please confirm your order details (paper roll sizes, specifications, order quantity, packing details, payment terms, and other requirements). Once we have all the details, we can quote you the price as soon as possible.

We’ll send you the price quotation based on your order requirements and provide samples on demand. For blank paper roll samples, we can offer them for free; you only need to pay the express shipping cost. For printed roll samples, you’ll also need to pay the printing plate cost. Once the samples are approved and the order is confirmed, we’ll issue the Proforma Invoice so you can make the down payment. Your paper roll order will be manufactured under strict quality standards within our agreed delivery time. We ship our paper roll products worldwide by air, sea, or truckload, depending on your preferred option.

After the order is dispatched, you will pay us the balance. And after a few days (or months) of shipping, your paper roll order will arrive at your port in a container. You will be responsible for customs clearance on your side with the documents we provide. Once the goods are released, you can pick up the shipment and arrange delivery to your warehouse. Finally, you get the paper rolls!
