At Panda Paper Roll, we ship over 30 containers of paper rolls to more than 20 countries every month. Whether you’re placing a small urgent order or importing a full container of paper rolls from us, we’ll help you get your goods on time with the most suitable shipping method for your business.

This is how we normally ship paper roll products to our customers:

1. Small and Urgent Orders

For small and urgent paper roll orders, we can arrange air shipping directly to your doorstep. We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other popular international couriers to ship your products. It takes about 5–7 days to reach most destinations in the world. Air shipping is the fastest way of shipping for valuable or low-volume products. For example, most of our customers order ultrasound paper from us through air because their orders usually only have a few cartons, and the air cost is negligible compared to the price of the paper roll.

2. Bulk Wholesale Orders

For wholesale paper roll orders in bulk, we usually arrange sea shipping to your nearest port. The paper rolls are loaded in a container, and shipping companies will ship the container to your nearest port. Customs clearing and collection will have to be done by you on your side. Sea shipping is the most widely used and most affordable means for bulk wholesale orders. We have been working with the world’s most reliable shipping lines such as MAERSK, MSC, COSCO, ONE, EVERGREEN, HMM, etc, to ship your cargo. It would take around 15-50 days, depending on your destination port.

3. You Have a Chinese Local Forwarder

If you have an agent or forwarder already in China (Guangzhou, Yiwu, Shenzhen, etc.), we can deliver the goods into their warehouse. They will handle the rest after they receive our goods.

Our Most Used Shipping Terms for Paper Roll Business

You pick up the goods from our factory. We make the paper rolls, pack them, and hand them over at our warehouse. From there, you’re in charge of everything – inland transport, export process, sea or air freight, and final delivery.

We take care of the goods until they’re on board the ship at our port. When the paper rolls are on board, that becomes your responsibility: ocean freight, insurance, and delivery to the destination.

We take care of the way to your destination terminal, including ocean transport. But not insurance. You will coordinate customs clearance and final-mile delivery from the port to your facility.

Like CFR, but with insurance. We transport your paper rolls to your port of destination and arrange basic marine insurance for transit. You take over once they have arrived in the port.

  • Customs Clearance: Required at the destination port

Truck Delivery

If you have a warehouse or forwarder in China (Guangzhou, Yiwu, or Shenzhen), we can send the goods directly by truck. It’s fast, cost-effective, and doesn’t involve customs clearance.

  • Best for: Domestic deliveries in China
  • Shipping Time: 2-4 days

  • Shipping Cost: Moderate

  • Customs Clearance: Not required

  • Shipping Partner: SF Express or local trucking companies
