There are two standard core sizes for thermal transfer ribbons: 1/2 inch and 1 inch. Panda Paper Roll offers smooth and durable paper cores with two-sided (single-sided) notches for large volume thermal ribbon manufacturing. Our cores are solid, eco-friendly, and recyclable, giving you strong support for your ribbon manufacturing.

• Standard core length 110mm for the production of 110mm thermal transfer ribbons
• The 1-inch (25.4mm) core diameter is suitable for the default shaft size on the slitting machines and thermal printers
• Wall thickness: 4mm, or custom
• 4mm x 7 mm “U” notches on both ends of the paper core
• Custom notch positions, shapes, and sizes are available
• Made from high-quality kraft papers with eco-friendly corn adhesives
• Lightweight, solid core construction for high-speed production
• Eco-friendly and fully recyclable materials

Shipping and Payment Terms:
